• An extra bed in the living area for one person, which slides under the mezzanine bedroom.
• Kitchen area with sink, extractor hood, 2 gas hobs, fridge, crockery and cooking utensils, microwave and coffee maker.

• Bathroom with shower and separate WC
• Heating in living room, bedroom and bathroom
• Covered terrace with garden furniture and sun lounger

Don’t worry, the following items are included in the rental:

• pillows, comforters and blankets (comforters on double beds and blankets on single beds)
• welcome kit with a bag of multi-purpose cleaner, a roll of toilet paper, a 30L trash bag and a sponge
• One yellow and one white sanitary bag
• Shower exit mat

Practical info :

• Day of departure and arrival (except Sunday) free in low season
• Lodging available: from 3pm
• Check-out time: between 8am and 10am – 12pm if accommodation is not taken over the following day
• Deposit on arrival (cheque or bank transfer): 200€ for rental and 60€ for cleaning
