Reception opening hours
April, May, June and September : Daily 9am to 12:30pm and 2:30pm to 6pm
July – August: Daily, 8am to 12.45pm and 3pm to 7.30pm
For any stay booked in accommodation at the Puy du Fou campsite, it is possible to arrive after reception has closed. Simply let us know when you book, and we’ll make the necessary arrangements.
For pitches, however, you must arrive during reception opening hours.
Arrival / Departure: For pitches, arrival possible from 2pm and departure by 12am – For accommodation, arrival possible from 4pm and departure by 10am.
Our services
Bakery – order your bread and/or viennoiseries the day before and you’ll have them by 8am the next day at reception (July to August 23).
Post – hand us your mail at reception and we’ll post it for you
Convenience – free ice cream exchange
Advice – we’ll guide you through your outings!

Games/leisure – we lend you board games, ping-pong rackets and balls, boules, mölkky, balls, books…

Wifi access
A free WIFI zone is available in the entertainment and catering area, where you can surf and check your e-mail freely, with free but limited access of 30 minutes every 6 hours per e-mail address, thanks to a ticket issued at reception.
Simply connect to the Hotzone WIFI network, open your browser and enter www.wifi69.com in the address bar. Then choose how you want to identify yourself: either by giving a ticket to reception, or by sending an SMS.
Pay-per-use wifi is available throughout the site.
Different solutions are available depending on the number of devices you wish to connect simultaneously: rates.
If you only need wifi for a short time , you can take advantage of our flat-rate minute rates.
The connection mode is identical to that of the free zone.
Then choose your connection mode, either by purchasing an access card from reception, or by purchasing access by paying directly online (secure payment).
You can thus be autonomous by purchasing your connection tickets at any time and choosing the formula you want.

Each bike comes with a lock on request and a helmet on request. Reservations strongly recommended..
Two circuits depart from the bakery parking lot a stone’s throw from the campsite: Château de la Noue and Parc Soubise.
Price per bike :

- Baby seat: €4 for 1/2 day and €5 per day
