Show presentation

Le signe du Triomphe is an impressive show set in the 3rd century. It features a dozen Christian prisoners, condemned to win the circus games in Rome in order to survive. At the heart of the story is Damien, a young Roman legionary who fights under the prisoners’ banner. Well… Hats off to those who thought up the scenario. It’s not for nothing that this show isPuy du Fou’s flagship attraction. In fact, you won’t find a better way to get away from it all in France!

Let’s talk about the circus games. They consist of three events: a chariot race, gladiatorial combat and a wild beast event, replaced last year by a naumachia. It’s a sort of naval battle between Romans and Gauls, with a surprising finale.

All this takes place at the back of the park, in a huge 7,000-seat Gallo-Roman stadium, packed to the rafters for every performance.

In a matter of seconds, the scenery transforms before your very eyes into a colossal imperial galley. It moves around the arena as you fight, complete with special effects (smoke, fire, etc.). It’s like being at the movies!

With the sign of Triomphe, your stay in Vendée promises to be rich in sensations. This latest addition to the park’s line-up of shows takes place in a wild but friendly atmosphere. It’s sure to add a touch of excitement to your vacation.
