We have a swimming pool with a paddling pool integrated into our indoor pool area, so your children can enjoy the joys of water in complete safety. Its shallow depth means there’s no risk of drowning, and your children’s swimming sessions won’t be spoiled by the vagaries of the weather.
For the older ones, take advantage of the whirlpool to relax. After spending your days enjoying water sports or making new discoveries, take a trip to the campsite spa to relax to the max. There’s nothing like a wellness session to relieve the pressure and end your day on a high note. You’ll be in the hands of professionals in our wellness center.

There’s both a heated and an indoor pool. The outdoor pool has three slides and an adjoining spa. Sun loungers are available for lounging around the pool, as are pine umbrellas to shelter you from the sun. A night swimming pool is scheduled once a week in high season! For the 2024 season, the outdoor pool with water slides and spa is open and heated from May 6 to September 15 inclusive. All loose-fitting clothing is forbidden for swimming. Only clothing above the elbows, above the knees and clinging to the body is permitted for swimming. Visitors are not allowed in the aquatic area.

Camping de la Motte’s indoor pool area is a real invitation to relax. Comprising an indoor pool with integrated paddling pool, it’s ideal for families. Timetables have been set so that everyone can enjoy the pool when they want.
So, whether you want to wake up in a good mood in the morning, spend your day in the ideally heated water or relax to the max in the evening, this indoor aquatic area is a good alternative.
On sunny days, the pool cover remains semi-open to allow all holidaymakers to enjoy the Vendée sunshine above the campsite near Puy du Fou. What’s more, you can take advantage of this time to perfect your tan on the deckchairs set out around the pool.

Covered paddling pool

Children are not forgotten at La Motte****. In its Vendée indoor pool area, a paddling pool has been specially designed and integrated into the main pool to enable young children to enjoy the joys of water in complete safety. The water is also heated to 28°, so toddlers can have fun with each other whatever the weather outside.
Although this wading pool doesn’t feature any water games, it’s ideal for relaxing and introducing them to the simple pleasures of water. They can also bring their own float for even more fun. What’s more, the paddling pool’s layout allows parents to have fun while keeping an eye on their children. During the high season, various activities are also offered in this indoor paddling pool area to foster the family spirit that reigns here.

At the La Motte campsite in Vendée, in the Pays de la Loire region, there’s plenty to do both outdoors and in the water. Fishing enthusiasts can indulge their passion on the campsite’s private pond, while water-lovers will be delighted by the activities on offer day and night in the indoor pool area. During the summer months, two mornings a week, aquagym sessions are organized to give holidaymakers the opportunity to work off their energy during the vacations. They are run by professionals, and young and old alike can take part as they wish. And to the delight of local residents, a program called “piscine nocturne” is organized every Sunday evening, allowing you to swim, relax or have fun under the moonlight.
